1) To fast is good for your health.
You loose some weigth. Overweight is no longer a problem for you. Your heart, blood-pressure works normaly. The blood-sugar is not to high. Also your other organs like liver, kidney, lung works perfectly. When you take a look of the molecular level, you will see that weak cells disappear through the fasting time. Also the conective tissue betweens the cells becomes cleaned from deposited proteins and carbohydrats. That makes it more permeable. The transport from nutrient, hormons, enzyms and other material from blood to the cells and back is improved after fasting. The metabolism process in your body works fine.

2) You get a new sensitive feeling for natural food.

During the fasting time you eat nothing. This abstinence of food and the cleaness of your body gives you a new feeling for good healthy food. After fasting you eat fresh vegetables and fruits, the whole grain, native oil, seeds, fish and very seldom meat or sausage.

3) Your spirit becomes clear.
During fasting your need for sleep is reduced. So you have more time for yourself than normal. In this time you look inside. Like in a meditation you get silent. You feel a community spirit to your environment.

4) Fasting makes you happy
Voluntary fasting let you feel happy. Serotonin, a hormon, makes you feel same like you take a drug. Try this special time. Also you can change bad pattern. Some people eat to fast and to much, additional they drink too much alcohol, get not sleep enough and work too hard. During fasting time you have a cut. A new beginning after fasting is possible.

What are we doing through the fasting weak?

We walk 10 - 15 km per day in groups with maximum 10 - 15 persons. The naturall and silent tracks give you a nice feeling. In the afternoon there is a rest to lay down with a warm roll for the liver. After that we practise yoga, meditation, autogenous traing and painting mandala. In lectures we learn facts about fasting and a healthy food.

We drink during fasting mineral water, fruit juice, herbal teas and vegetable soup.
